DOWNLOADABLE HISTORICAL DOCUMENT-Requirements to ensure adequate isolation of cathodically protected pipelines, especially those with high-quality dielectric coatings.
HISTORICAL DOCUMENT. Test for the presence of surface soluble salts before application of a coating system. Previously coated or eplacement substrates only. Does not include allowable limits of soluble salts.
Caretakers of outdoor monuments, sculptures and high-value architectural metalwork face formidable preservation challenges. Durable, low-maintenance coatings are needed that provide longer-lasting protection against corrosion and degradation, while being safe for the environment. We describe work done in collaboration with conservators at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and Portland State University, to develop water-based fluoropolymer coatings that meet the critical needs of the conservation and architectural communities.
HISTORICAL DOCUMENT. Field-applied fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) external pipe coating systems for girth weld joints. Applicable to underground steel pipelines in the oil and gas gathering, distribution, and transmission industries.
DOWNLOADABLE HISTORICAL DOCUMENT-Corrosion control of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) through the application of cathodic protection (CP). New or existing buried pipelines- with or without a supplemental coating.
HISTORICAL DOCUMENT. Applications for cathodic protection (CP) coupons attached to buried pipelines to determine the level of corrosion protection provided by a CP system.
DOWNLOADABLE HISTORICAL DOCUMENT-Selection, application, and performance of bonded tape coatings as external corrosion protection for pipe, girth welds, and fittings. Inspection and tape coating damage repair.
DOWNLOADABLE HISTORICAL DOCUMENT. Cathodic protection (CP) of reinforcing steel in concrete structures. Impressed current CP for atmospherically exposed reinforced concrete. Not intended for application to prestressed concrete.
HISTORICAL DOCUMENT.
We will discuss a disciplined approach to the decision-making process by developing supported defensible rational for why we do things. These things can be developing estimates, determining sales strategy, developing focus (vertical) markets, and increasing the size of our business and many others. Essentially a tool on how to get “there” from where we are today.
DOWNLOADABLE HISTORICAL DOCUMENT Relative and quantitative measure of the ability of scale inhibitors to prevent (1) the formation and (2) the precipitation of solid BaSO4 and/or SrSO4, which are necessary and critical stages in scale deposition.
