This paper and power point presentation will provide an overview of SPC Panel’s work from 2012 to current, including recently completed projects on: Retention of Pre-Construction Primer, Single Coat application, Salt Mitigation, Cost of QA, Evaluation of Spot and Sweep surface preparation and new projects including; zeroG® mechanical, arm SY applications, Laser Ablation of Shipboard Coatings and the Future State of the Navy painting process. All of this work is focused on reducing cost to the US Navy while maintaining quality.
